Return Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. All returned items must be in original condition – unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personal hygiene products (including cycling gloves, headwear, and base layers)
  • Customized or specially ordered bicycle parts
  • Products that have been installed or used
  • Clearance items (marked as final sale)

Note: Bicycles that have been assembled or ridden cannot be returned for full refunds but may be eligible for warranty claims if defective.

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Request Authorization: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Use the template provided below.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Package Items: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship Items: Ship the package to our warehouse address provided in your RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  5. Processing: Once received, we will inspect the item(s) and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For exchanges due to size or color, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns that are not due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges of equal value, we will ship the new item at no additional shipping cost. For exchanges of higher value, you will be invoiced for the price difference plus shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items
